Trained as an environmental lawyer, Alexis is working on climate policy and international negotiations, as well as multilateral collaboration projects for low-carbon development in South-East Asia. Prior to joining IGES in 2015, he worked in Taiwan in a law firm and in a business consulting company. He also gained experience as an environmental policy analyst in a local NGO. Alexis holds a Master of Laws in International and European Environmental Law from Aix-Marseille University, France, and speaks French, English and Japanese.
